The Barossa Rise Vineyard is in the heart of the Barossa Valley, adjacent to esteemed producers Rockford and Charles Melton.  The property has frontage to Krondorf, Nitschke and Koch Roads. With a track record of excellent grape quality, this site would make an ideal acquisition for an existing producer.

Total site area is 16.53 ha, with 13.76 ha of established vineyard planted to preferred varieties as follows:

• Grenache       0.80 ha
• Shiraz           12.96 ha

The vineyard was planted from 1968 to 2003, and the entire vineyard has a grape sale agreement with Treasury Wine Estates until 2013.  It also has a generous water allocation via underground water.

The property is offered for sale by negotiation.
