A highly regarded McLaren Vale vineyard of 26.8 ha with outstanding history is being offered for sale.

Old vine shiraz and grenache (planted in 1972) with replanting of cabernet sauvignon to shiraz undertaken in 2007.
Total land area is 35.34 hectares with a planted area of 26.8 hectares, varieties as follows:

Shiraz - 21.9 ha;
Grenache - 4.9 ha;

Reliable water supply via Willunga Basin Water Company scheme;
Grape sale and purchase agreement available with CWAU;
Hand picked and hand pruned (grades 1 to 5).
