Toby has been involved in the wine industry since 1994 when he worked as a Management Consultant with international accounting and consulting firm Ernst & Young. In 1998, Toby joined Southcorp Wines, now Treasury Wine Estates, where he was financial controller of a $145 million capital project to double the red wine capacity of Southcorp Wines and establish 900 hectares of vineyards. Following Southcorp’s merger with Rosemount in 2001, Toby managed the divestment of a number of wineries and vineyards. Toby joined Colin Gaetjens & Shaw in 2002, as an Associate Director and was made a Director in 2004.
Over the past fifteen years Toby has managed the divestment of some of Australia’s largest winery and vineyard transactions.

Stephen grew up on a vineyard in South Australia and joined the Australian wine industry permanently in 1995 when he started work with the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia (WFA). He has worked exclusively in Australian wine since then, including 8 years as Chief Executive of WFA where he oversaw issues as diverse as taxation reform, industry environmental programs, industry restructuring and leadership development.
Stephen joined Gaetjens Langley in 2011 and has worked with corporates, family businesses and purchasers on divestments and acquisitions.

Mike has been actively involved in the wine industry for over 20 years, principally in Western Australia.
He has been involved with a number of listed and private wine businesses that have invested across the whole spectrum of the wine business from vineyards to wineries to distribution over a 25 year period.
In his role as Director, Advisory at Gaetjens Langley, Mike provides wine asset management and strategic planning and consulting services to the Australian wine industry.
Business interests include Mike’s family run Calneggia Family Vineyards, a collection of vineyards and wine brands from the Margaret River wine region.

Colin Gaetjens is Australia’s pre-eminent wine industry valuer and has worked actively in the industry for over 30 years. An avid collector of the great wines of world as well as part owner of a winery in Heathcote, Victoria, Colin’s wine industry knowledge is unsurpassed.
Business activities have covered a wide range of commercial experience encompassing real estate and general chattels, valuations, plant and machinery auctions and valuations, insolvency auctions and valuations for major accounting firms, regular commercial wine auctions (pioneered and conducted continuously from 1974) and other associated activities.

Yun has extensive experience working with Chinese parties and has established networks in the banking, finance, mining and wine sectors.
YUN graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in China with her bachelor degree and worked in Beijing for several multi-national companies including BASF and Samson.
Yun migrated to Australia in 2004 to complete her Master of Commerce at the University of New South Wales, and has worked in Australia for trans-national corporations such as ABB Grain, Viterra, Glencore and Pro Asia pacific. Yun has also established her own business exporting wine and undertaking business consulting.

Karen has worked for the Gaetjens Langley group for over 15 years starting off as our Office Manager before taking on the role of our Accounts Manager in 2007. Karen gained extensive experience within the health industry prior to working with Gaetjens Langley, in medical reception, patient services, accounts receivable, and customer service as well as working in London as an Executive Assistant.
